Outlook for Nov 24-26

A cold front has left behind cooler temperatures for the next few days, reaching the 50’s for highs and 30’s for a low.  There’s a chance of frost overnight for Wednesday and Thursday.

Thanksgiving Day will be clear and dry with a high of 55 dropping to 34 Thursday night.

Warmer temperatures should return on Friday with our next chance of precipitation on Saturday.  It’s not clear if the precip will be rain or a mixture, so it’s something worth watching.

Here’s the NWS forecast for the next few days.

  • Tonight: Patchy frost after 2am. Otherwise, clear, with a low around 32. West northwest wind between 5 and 7 mph.
  • Wednesday: Patchy frost before 8am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 59. Northwest wind between 3 and 10 mph.
  • Wednesday Night: Areas of frost after 2am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 34. Northwest wind around 7 mph.
  • Thanksgiving Day: Areas of frost before 8am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 55. North northwest wind between 5 and 8 mph becoming calm.
  • Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34. Light and variable wind.
  • Friday: Sunny, with a high near 63.
  • Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 45.
